This workshop is perfect for expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy who want to embrace movement as a tool for a smoother, more empowered birth. Research shows that moving freely and using specific positions during labor can reduce pain, shorten labor time, and create greater ease throughout the birthing process.

In this hands-on workshop, you and your birth partner will:  
Explore a variety of movement techniques to stay comfortable and calm during labor. 
Practice birth positions that encourage pelvic opening, optimal baby positioning, and effective pushing.  
Learn how to integrate movement with breath and mindfulness to stay present and confident.
